Clark, age 83, of Oshkosh died on Monday, July 19, 2010 at Northpoint Medical and Rehabilitation Center. He was born in Oshkosh on December 23, 1926 a son of the late Charles and Agnes (Oakrow) Clark.
Curly was a member of the Most Blessed Sacrament Parish, was employed as a Demolition Foreman and had served his country in the US Army from 1942-1946. He was proud of his Irish Heritage. It was important to document throughout the many experiences and challenges in his life, he was a man of very strong faith, trusting in God to guide him.
Survivors include his son, Peter (Sharon) Clark; his daughter, Patti (Jim) Clark-Stojke; a brother, John (Ruth) Clark and one special sister, Elaine Wilson who provided unending support and care throughout Curly's lifetime! He is further survived by three grandchildren, Zachary Clark, Abby Stojke, Sam Stojke and many nieces and nephews. Curly was preceded in death by four brothers, Russ, Orville, Charles "Whitey", Les Clark and one sister, Jeanette "Dolly" Reany.
Services for Curly will be held at the Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home - Eastside (402 Waugoo Ave) at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 22, 2010 with Fr. James Jugenheimer officiating. Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until the hour of service.
