Florence A. Raddatz

Florence A. Raddatz, age 92, passed into eternal life on Monday, December 16, 2013 at her residence. Florence was born on March 19, 1921 in Oshkosh, WI to Charles and Mathilda (Treichel) Butt. She was married to George S. Raddatz on January 2, 1943 at Peace Lutheran Church in Oshkosh, WI.Florence enjoyed playing cards, reading, baking, cooking, and caring for her yard, garden and flowers. She treasured time spent with her grand children and great grandchildren. She was a devoted member of Bethany United Church of Christ. Florence took great pride in her home and family. She is survived by her sons, Dan and Tim Raddatz, both of Oshkosh; grandchildren, Rhonda (significant other Kevin Bennett) Zimmer, Kelly (John) Lallier, and Dustin Bear Raddatz; granddaughter-in-law, Linda Raddatz; great grandchildren, Ashley Lewicki, Dylan (Kelsey) Butzlaff, Melinda, Taylor, and Kalei Zimmer, and Megan, Sydney, Danny, Jacob, and Beau Lallier, and Liza Malovey. Florence is further survived by great-great grandchildren, Xander Nault, Nolan and Liam Butzlaff, and Jordan, Payton, and Kylie Lewicki.She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband George Raddatz; brothers Herbert, Harold, and Carl Jr.; sisters, Ruth Konrad, Betty Stecker, Margaret Butt, Phyllis Rhyner, and Eleanor Buttercup Kunde; daughter-in-law Karen Raddatz; grandson Danny Raddatz; and great granddaughter Brooke Lallier. Florence will be very sadly missed by many, including her entire family as well as her very special friends, the Walter and Lynn Scott family. The Scotts were like a second family to Florence. Walter and Lynn, as well as their children and grandchildren, were very near and dear to her heart.A funeral service for Florence will be held at 6:00 p.m. at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Homes-Eastside on Thursday, December 19, 2013 with Rev. Kevin Mundell officiating. Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. until the time of service.The family would like to extend a sincere thank you to the HopiceCare team, especially Kristen and Liz.
