Rita M. Faust

Rita Faust,101, passed peacefully on November 23rd 2022 at Bethel Home in Oshkosh, WI. She was born to the late William and Matilda Taggart on October 21st,1921.


Rita graduated from Kaukauna Highschool. She was married to John Faust and was a homemaker where she was able to stay home while her children were growing up, and later she worked at Mercy Hospital. She had a love for reading and you would always find her with a book in hand or putting together a puzzle. Rita was very active in her church and was a member of St Peters. She was an avid Packers fan and wouldn’t miss a game.


Rita is survived by her children, son Michael (Rita) Faust, Daughter Sr. Diane Faust. Grandchildren Roxanne (Mark) Fasel, Michelle (David “Tony”) Faust-Koester. Great Grandchildren Andrea Fasel, Spencer Fasel, Savannah (Lamar Jackson) Koester, and Lucas Koester. And Great great grandchild Londyn Riley Jackson. Rita is further survived by special friend David Silva.


In addition to her parents and husband, Rita is preceded in death by son Paul Faust; sister Beatrice (Wayne) Bloom; and great grandchild, Ned Fasel.


Visitation will be held November 29th at Most Blessed Sacrament- St. Peters at 10 am followed by a service at 11am.
