Albert J. Lujeck, 70, of Oshkosh died Sunday December 28, 2008 at Mercy Medical Center. He was born September 21, 1938 in Oshkosh a son of John and Elsie Lujeck. Al married Betty Putman on June 26, 1965 at Christ Lutheran Church. Al worked at Muza Metal Products for 37 years and also at St. Marys Bowling Alley. He was a member of Christ Lutheran Church and was active in many church functions. He was a member of the Omro Antique Tractor Club. A former member of the Eagles Club, and was an avid bowler. He is survived by his wife Betty, two sons Kevin and Keith, a daughter Lynete, two grandchildren Ryan and Mary all of Oshkosh; special animals Buffy, Punkin, and Copper; a special aunt and uncle Oscar and Sylvia Buhrow; and a special cousin Carl Bretschneider. He was preceded in death by his parents, parents-in-law John and Helen Putman, and a sister Pearl Hitchcock. Funeral services for Al will be held Friday Jan. 2, 2009 at 5:00 PM at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home-Westside Rev. Eric Quinney-Burnard officiating. Visitation will be on Friday from 2 PM until the service. Burial will be in Lake View Memorial Park. Als family would like to thank the staff at Mercy Medical Center, especially in ICU, for all their care and concern.
