Alexis Jo Blank

Alexis J. Blank, age 14, of Oshkosh, entered into eternal life on Thursday May 3, 2012. She was born on January 21, 1998 in Oshkosh a daughter of Jamie Blank and Kathy Kent.Alexis is survived by her parents, three brothers Skylar, Damian, Travis, two sisters Brooke, Nicole, her grandparents, many aunts, uncles and several cousins.A memorial services for Alexis will be held on Tuesday May 8, 2012 at 6 p.m. at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Homes-Westside with Rev. Paul Stevens officiating. Visitation will be held on Tuesday at the funeral home from 3 p.m. until the time of the service.A memorial is being established in Alexiss name.
