Andrew James Mathe

Andrew J. Mathe, 38, of Oshkosh, died on Tuesday, August 25, 2009. He was born in Oshkosh on April 21, 1971 son of Eugene and Mary Durant Mathe. On April 24, 1993 he married Kathryn Cotts in Stanley, WI. Andy was a route driver with the Dr. Pepper/ Snapple Group. He enjoyed golfing, motorcycle riding, hunting, mud bogging, snowmobiling, spending time with his kids, and playing cards with the family. He was big hearted and always ready to help others or lend a hand. He is survived by his wife, Kathryn Mathe; mother and stepfather, Mary and David Robl; grandmother, Josephine Alois Mathe; step son, Raymond (Carmen) Cotts; son, Erik Mathe; daughters Laura and Rachael Mathe; grandchildren, Jordan Monroe, Olivia and Tristan Cotts all of Oshkosh; sisters, Terry L. Mangum of Georgetown, SC and Tammy J. Mathe of Oshkosh; brother, Alan C. Mathe of Oshkosh; sister/in/law Casey A. Mathe of Oshkosh, stepbrothers, David (Lisa) Robl of Omro and Kelly (Missie) Robl of Oshkosh; brother/in/law, Mark (Sue) Cotts of West Allis, WI; sister/in/law, Joyce (Peter) Erpelding of Wisconsin Rapids, WI; nieces, Mandy Mangum, Kayla Mathe, Haley Robl, Michele McCormick, Allissa Cotts, and Jenna Cotts; nephews, Blaine Robl, Richard Erpelding, Casey Robl, Cory Robl, Chas Robl; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins, friends and other family. He was preceded in death by his father, Eugene Mathe; a brother, Gene Alan Mathe; and a grandson Conor Cotts. His funeral will be Friday August 28, 2009 at 7:00 PM at the Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home-Westside. Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 4:00 PM until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established.
