Anita Louise Bruun

Anita L. Bruun, age 69 of Neenah and Florida died peacefully. on September 29, 2011 at St. Elizabeth Hospital. She was born in Oshkosh on December 15, 1941 and was the daughter of late Frank and Martha (Rucks) Rescheske. She attended Oshkosh High School and graduated in 1960. She married Melvin John Brunn on January 8, 1975 in Menominee, Michigan. Anita was a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church. She had been employed at Miles Kimball Company and at Race Office Supply in Oshkosh. More importantly she was a loving and caring wife, mother and grandmother throughout her lifeSurvivors include her husband, Melvin John Bruun, of 36 years; three sons, Robert (Dawn Wilson) Wiese of Manawa, Andrew (Dawn) Wiese of Greenville, William (Joelynn) Wiese, Appleton; daughter-in-law, Julie Wiese of Appleton and daughter-in-law Julie Wiese of Appleton. one brother, Everett (Kathy) Rescheske of Neenah, , one sister June (Rescheske) Ebert of Gainesville, Florida, 9 grandchildren, Shannon, Hailey, Kelsey, Sheena, Matthew, Jimmy, Joshua, Kyle, Brandon; and two great grandchildren, nieces and nephews and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, one son Timothy Wiese brothers Franklin Rescheske, Roger Rescheske and Ralph Rescheske and sister Betty (Rescheske) Hunt.Anita made family top priority. She also loved to sing Karaoke, play cards, and write poetry in which several of her poems were published. Honey bees were her trademark. Her motto in life was to Bee Happy, Bee Strong, Bee Honest and Bee Loving.The family wishes to express their deepest appreciation for the care given to Anita while in the Intensive Care Unit at St. Elizabeths Hospital.Funeral services will be held at Bethlehem Lutheran Church (1206 Ontario St. Oshkosh) on Tuesday October 4, 2011 at 11:00 AM with Rev. Paul Lidtke officiating. Family and friends may call at the church on Tuesday from 9:00 AM to the time of service. Interment will be at Lake View Memorial Park. A memorial is being established.
