Anthony Tony David Curtis, age 39, passed away on December 28, 2014. Tony was born in Oshkosh on January 31, 1975 to Ronald and Darlene (Tollard) Curtis. Tony was married to Alicha Demler on May 13, 2000 in Oshkosh. Tony worked as a truck transporter for Oshkosh Corp and for many years worked at the Roxy Supper Club. Tony had many interests; he enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping at Bagley Rapids with the family, playing cards with the guys, watching his two sons play football and baseball, watching his Green Bay Packers and Milwaukee Brewers, was passionate about cooking and had graduated with Honors from Culinary Arts School.Tony will always be remembered for the love he had for his family and friends, his kind heart, his humorous quick wit, generosity to others, and his love for life. He always knew how to make someone laugh, was the first person there to help or show support when it was needed, and the kind of man who wore his heart on his sleeve. He was a wonderful man with a beautiful soul. He will truly be missed by many.Tony is survived by his wife Alicha Curtis and their 2 sons, Anthony Jr. and Nathan Curtis; his parents Ronald and Darlene Curtis; his parents in law Mary and Norman Salomon, his 2 brothers Craig (Heidi) and Mike (Wendy) Curtis; his sister Lisa Curtis(Lee A.); 3 half sisters Vicky (Bill) Warren, Terri (Henry) West, and Michelle Curtis; 3 brothers in law, 1 sister in law and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins , and friends that he considered family. Preceded in death by his grandparents, infant brother Ronald, and several aunts and unclesServices for Tony will be held on Sunday, January 4, 2015 at 3 PM at the Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home-Westside Rev. Matt Simonor will be officiating. The visitation will be from noon until the time of service. Burial will be the following day at Lake View Memorial Park.In lieu of flowers monetary donations to help with medical bills is appreciated.The family would like to thank the staff at the Michael Wachtel Cancer Center, the nurses and doctors at Mercy Medical Centers ICU, the crew for Flight For Life, and the many doctors and nurses at the Trauma Life-Support Center at the University Hospital of Madison. Thank you all for taking such good care of him. The family would also like to thank his wonderful coworkers, friends, and family for the generous donations to help with medical bills.
