Arlene Augsburger

On January 30, 2025 Arlene Augsburger earned her wings and crossed through the pearly gates. Heaven has gained one of the sweetest, compassionate, caring, loving, angels they could ever receive. She was born April 1, 1934 to the late Otto and Clara (Zimmerman) Dehn in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. She married Rhonald Augsburger on July 31,1959.

Arlene enjoyed reading, going to the casino and playing cards. She loved going on trips with the kids as well as spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was well known in the family for her famous chocolate cake.

Arlene is survived by her children Mike (Linda) Augsburger, Alan (Trina) Augsburger, Carol (Jeff) Bessette; grandchildren Steven Lanzer, Drew Bessette, , Theresa, Jacob, Elizabeth, Ryan and Andy Augsburger; and 5 great grandchildren. Daughter in law Rita Augsburger; sister-in-law Rita Dehn; cousin Delores Schwebke

Along with Arlene’s parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Rhonald, infant daughter Marlene Launders, son John Augsburger and siblings Milton Dehn and Helen Peppler.

Services will be held on February 4, 2025 at 11 am at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Homes- Westside, 100 Lake Pointe Drive, Oshkosh, Wisconsin. A visitation will be held from 9 until the time of service.

A memorial has been established.
