Arlene J. Redmann, age 83 passed away on Tuesday, January 8, 2019 at Bethel Home of Oshkosh. She was born on June 13, 1935 to the late John and Clara (Drumm) Maas in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Arlene graduated from Oshkosh High School in 1953. She married David Redmann on August 5, 1955.
She worked at Newberrys Dime Store, Kline’s Department Store and then onto Baiers Bakery while also being a homemaker. Arlene was a member of Martin Luther Church. Arlene had a love for canning, gardening, crocheting, swimming.
Arlene is survived by two sons: Darrell (Tammy) and Terry (Beth) Redmann; her daughter: Shelley Sedo; her grandchildren: Christopher (Kristin) Redmann, Mathew Redmann, Jeremy (Carey) Redmann, Nicholas Redmann, Kristin (Bruce Williams II) Redmann, Heather (Tom Sina) Sedo, Brook Sedo, Hannah (Austin) Millard and Quinn (Jason) Easton; three great-grandchildren; her sisters: Marion (Bud) Rennert and Lois (Joe) Roycraft. She is further survived by her long time companion Orley Nelson.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Clyde Maas.
A funeral service for Arlene will be held at 10:30 AM on Saturday, January 12, 2019 at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home, 100 Lake Pointe Dr. with Chaplain Vicki Marxen officiating. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 9 AM until the time of the service. Burial will take place at Peace Lutheran Cemetery on Wednesday, January 16, 2019 at 1:00 PM.
