Arlyle J. Kramer, 80 of Oshkosh died at Aurora Medical Center on Sunday, March 9, 2008. She was born in Oshkosh on July 21, 1927, a daughter of the late George and Martha Freiberg Timmerman. Arlyle married Christel Kramer on May 26, 1951 in Oshkosh.Arlyle was a member of First Presbyterian Church. Prior to her marriage to Chris, she had been employed at Morgan Co. and Sears & Roebuck. Arlyle was a past Honored Queen of Jobs Daughters and was a former member of Oriental Chapter of the Order of Eastern Star. She enjoyed bird watching and decorating. Her greatest enjoyment in life was spending time with her family, especially her seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren who were very dear to her.Survivors include her husband Christel Kramer; one son Jeff (Linda) Kramer; one daughter, Marcy (Keith) Decker, all of Oshkosh; seven grandchildren, April (Eric) Davis, Adam Kramer, Jason (Michelle) Kramer, Kim (fiance Bob Loper) Kramer, all of Oshkosh; Kate Kramer, Indianapolis; Heather Decker, Milwaukee; Jared Decker, Oshkosh; three great grandchildren, Trenton, Trevor Davis and Jaida Kramer; one daughter-in-law, Debra Kramer, Oshkosh. She was preceded in death by her parents and son Gary Kramer.Memorial services for Arlyle will be held at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home-Eastside on Tuesday March 11, 2008 at 3:30 PM with Rev. Thomas Willadsen officiating. Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday from 1:00 PM to the time of service. Inurnment will be at Riverside Cemetery. In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established.
