Arthur Louis Tellock

Arthur L. Tellock Sr. 89, of Oshkosh, died on Thursday October 23, 2008 while at Northpoint Medical & Rehabilitation Center. Art was born in the Town of Wolf River on December 20, 1918, a son of the late Louis and Margaret Kolbe Tellock. Art married Edith M. Moore on December 18, 1948 in Oshkosh. She preceded him in death on October 29, 1995.Art had been employed at the Deltox Company and after it closed, was employed at Mercy Medical Center until his retirement. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church. Art was an avid bowler and enjoyed fishing, gardening, baking and canning the vegetables grown in his garden. He liked to watch NASCAR races, the Brewers and Packers.Survivors include his son, Arthur (JoAnn) Tellock, Menasha; step son, John (Linore) Nowack, Markesan; brother, Herbert (Evelyn) Tellock, Oshkosh; granddaughter, Rhonda Haber, Marion; four step grandchildren, Kim Nowak, Lisa (John) Zimmerman, Jon (Dar) Shadduck, and Jesse Shadduck; two great granddaughters, Alyssa Haber, Casey Lee Schatzke; and two step great granddaughters, Ashley and Katy Zimmerman.Funeral services will be held at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home- Eastside on Sunday October 26, 2008 at 4:00 PM with Rev. Marvin Ahlborn officiating. Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Sunday from 2:00PM to the time of services. Inurnment will be at Lake View Memorial Park. A memorial has been established.
