Barbara B. Trembly, age 86, passed away on Friday, May 11, 2018 at her residence with her family by her side. She was born on April 5, 1932 in Wausau to Herman and Ruby (Lillie) Burg. She was married to the love of her life, Dennis Trembly on October 13, 1956 in Tyler, MN.
Barb graduated high school and throughout the years was a stay at home mother and loved being in the kitchen. She enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren and attending their ballgames along with other activities. She and Dennis were long time members at Plymouth Congregational Church. Barb was a woman of strong faith and spent a lot of time with the church ladies group.
She is survived by her husband, Dennis; daughters: Janeice Betchwars and Denise (Drew) Niehans; sons: Wayne (Heidi) and Jeffrey (Ann) Trembly; nine grandchildren; four great grandchildren; brothers: David and Barb’s twin brother, Edgar “Eddie” (Doris) Burg; and sister in law: Marge Burg.
Barb was preceded in death by her parents; grandson: Riley Betchwars; brother: Rol Burg; and sister in law: Shirley Burg.
A funeral for Barb will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 16, 2018 at Plymouth Congregational Church (1325 Georgia St.) with Rev. Rick Hopkins officiating. A visitation will be held at church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service. Entombment will be at Lake View Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Heartland Hospice in Barb’s name.
The family would like to send a special thank you to the nurses and the staff of Heartland Hospice and to Home Health Care for all the love and care they gave to Barb.
