Barbara Kay Footit

Barbara K. Footit, 71, of Oshkosh, died Monday, February 24, 2014, at Aurora Medical Center. She was born June 23, 1942 in Oshkosh, a daughter of the late Rufus and Lorainne (Hart) Buehring. She married Gaylord R. Footit on May 12, 1962. He preceded her in death on April 2, 2001. Barbara was a member of Grace Lutheran Church. She was an assembler at Square D and more recently, was employed as an Oshkosh cab driver. Barbara enjoyed reading and doing word searches.Barbara is survived by her son, Gary (Kathryn), and her daughter, Lori, one brother, Ronald (Marianne) and two grandchildren, Travis and Aimee. She was preceded in death by her husband and parents.A funeral service for Barbara will be held on Friday February 28, 2014 at 6 p.m. at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home-Eastside, the Rev. Chadwick Graham officiating. Visitation will be held at the Eastside funeral home on Friday from 4 p.m. until the time of the service. Burial will be in Ellenwood Cemetery.
