Becky S. Koepke, age 54 of Oshkosh, passed away unexpectedly on June 23, 2019. She was born in Fond du Lac to the late Eldon and Clarice (Miller) Shafer on January 24, 1965. Becky married Phillip Koepke on August 28, 1987.
She proudly earned her GED after being out of school for 15 years. Becky worked various jobs. Two of which were at Plexus and Two Brother’s Family Restaurant. Becky enjoyed meeting customers from all over the world during her time as a waitress. She enjoyed spending time outdoors, hiking, fishing, and going up north. Becky loved animals. Her dog Sam, as well as her children’s pets, each held a special place in her heart. She cherished time spent with her family, especially time with her grandchildren. Her family will always remember her for her love of Christmas, most notably her homemade deviled eggs and potato salad.
Becky is lovingly missed by her husband, Phil; sons, Justin (Breanna) Koepke and Evan (Jade) Koepke; daughter, Tiffany (Kevin) Koepke; grandchildren, Darrell Koepke and Hailey Arvidson; brother, Jeff (Doty) Shafer; sisters, Barb Shafer and Patti (Glen) Day. She is further missed by many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Becky was preceded in death by her brother, Mike Shafer.
A time to reflect on Becky’s life will be held from 10:00AM until 1:00PM on Saturday, June 29, 2019 at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home-Westside, 100 Lake Pointe Dr. No formal service will be held.
