Berdine D. Kroll

Berdine D Kroll, daughter of Ernest and Marie Luedtke, born August 8, 1924 in Wausau, WI died August 31, 2022 at home surrounded by family.

Berdine attended Trinity Lutheran school and graduated from Wausau High School. She married Darrell B Kroll May 27, 1950 and they enjoyed nearly 63 years of marriage before Darrell died in 2013. Together they raised two wonderful children. In addition to taking care of their home and children, Berdine worked as a secretary/office manager at Oshkosh Marine supply for 20 years.

She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church and a member of the Dorcas Circle.

Together with her husband she enjoyed many years of camping and traveling, cherishing the many friends made while camping in Wisconsin and spending winters in Florida, Arizona and Texas. Most recently she enjoyed meeting new friends at Carmel and Gabriel’s Villa of Oshkosh.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and her four sisters, Verna, Lorna, Leora and Beverly.

Surviving Berdine is son, Gary (Jean) Kroll of Woodruff, WI and daughter Kaye (Dave) Wood of Ripon, WI, grandchildren, Andrea (Wes) Statz, Alex (Jessica) Kroll, Teresa (Josh) Fisher and Travis (Lauren) Kroll, step grandchildren Sarah Oberneder and Anne Shumate. She is further survived by eight great grandchildren and eight great step grandchildren along with many nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home 100 Lake Point Dr. Oshkosh, Friday September 9, 2022 at 10:30 until the memorial service at 11:30. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Trinity Lutheran Church, Oshkosh or Gabriel's Villa, Oshkosh.
