Beverly J. Rothenbach

Beverly J. Rothenbach, age 92 of Oshkosh, passed away surrounded by family at Evergreen Retirement Community on Wednesday, September 20, 2023. She was born in Oshkosh to the late Henry and Ella (Weitz) Weigandt. She was united in marriage to Norbert Rothenbach on September 20, 1952 and had three children.

Family was always first and foremost in her life. She showed much love and devotion to her family. Beverly had a generous heart and was a kind soul. She was a fabulous grandma and her grandkids adored her. She enjoyed playing the slots at local casinos. Beverly was a card shark and loved to play cribbage and hearts. She was an expert at going out to lunch and shopping! Beverly will always be loved and forever missed. “Death leaves a heartache that no one can heal, but love leaves a memory no one can steal”.

Beverly is survived by her children, Mark Rothenbach, Steve (Barb) Rothenbach and Karen (Michael) Mischuk; grandchildren, Ryan Rothenbach, David Rothenbach, Jacilyn Hufford, Jenna Adams, Kelly Schmit and Tracy (Jeff) Levar; great-grandchildren, Kaylee Hufford, Dylan Hufford, Evan Hufford, Anna Adams, Lauren Adams, Colton Schenk, Mason Schmit, Molly Schmit and Rylan Levar; aunt, Jalane Otto.

In addition to her parents, Beverly was preceded in death by her husband, Norbert, and her brother, Gary (Nan) Weigandt.

A funeral service for Beverly will be held at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home-Westside, 100 Lake Pointe Dr. on Tuesday, September 26, 2023, at 12:30 PM. Visitation will be held from 10:30 AM until the time of the service. Interment will be held at Lake View Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established for Moments Hospice.

Beverly’s family would like to thank Moments Hospice, especially Jenny (RN) and Kim (CNA) for the compassionate care provided to Beverly.
