Beverly Miller

Beverly Ann Miller, age 71 of Oshkosh passed away unexpectedly on Monday evening, June 30, 2008.Beverly was born on July 15, 1936 in Milwaukee, WI, the daughter of the Blanche Bowen and the late Duane Bowen. Beverly was a 1954 graduate of Omro High School and for over 48 years she was a devoted and loving wife, mother, and grandmother.Beverly especially loved her grandchildren and enjoyed attending all their activities. She also loved people, and was devoted to all of her family and friends. She was known as the second Mother to many, and her caring and heartfelt ways will be missed by all. Her hobbies included collecting jewelry, fashion, cooking, traveling, casinos, interior design, and real estate. Beverly will be remembered always and missed dearly by her husband David Miller of Oshkosh, her daughters Kathy (Mike) Wille of Brookfield, Kari Miller of Piedmont, CA., son Joe (Kathy) Connley of Oshkosh, mother Blanche Bowen of Oshkosh, five sisters: Shirley (Joe) Bowen-Borsi of Ripon, Judy (Ed) Pollex of Oshkosh, Arlene (Dan) Benedict of Winneconne, Gwenn Fisher of Oshkosh, and Gail (Ray) Stevens of Eagle River, and six grandchildren: Joe (Vicki) Connelly, Brianne Connelly both of Oshkosh, Morgan, Lindsay, Lex, and Stacy Wille all of Brookfield, and many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.Visitation for Beverly will be held at St. Raphaels Catholic Church, 830 S. Westhaven Dr. in Oshkosh on Tuesday July 8, 2008 from 4:30 to 6:00 PM. The mass will immediately follow the visitation. A private burial will be held on July 9 at Omro Cemetery.A very special thanks to the caring and attentive Doctors and Staff who attended to Beverlys health care over the years: Dr. Duwell of Aurora Health Center, Dr. Al-Nouri and nurse Roxanne of Affinity Heart and Lung Center, Dr. Berger and nurses of Columbia/St. Marys Hospital in Milwaukee.
