Bonnie Jean Christianson

December 4, 1939 — April 13, 2007

Bonnie J. Christianson, 67, of Oshkosh, died Friday evening at Park View Health Center-Pleasant Acres. She was born December 4, 1939 in Milwaukee the daughter of George and Agnes Hatch Brenchley. On February 14, 1969 she married Thomas Christianson. He preceded her in death on June 8, 1988.She worked at Park View Health Center for many years doing many jobs including an LPN, staff development coordinator and staff assistant. She was a charter member of Friends of Park View, charter member of Christ Child Society, member of Wisconsin Regional Writers Association. She was very proud of being half American Indian, and was an elder of the Chippewa Tribe of Sault Ste Marie. She enjoyed creative writing, painting, crafts, knitting, crocheting, playing organ and piano. She was very proud to have housed EAA attendees for over 30 years.She is survived by her close friends Marie Combs, Louise Long, Vernon Greshamer, Andrew Greshamer, and her God son James Payne.She was preceded in death by her parents, and one brother Kaye Frederick Brenchley.A memorial service will be held on Tuesday April 17, 2007 at 6 p.m. at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home-West with Rev. Daryl Marco officiating. Visitation will be held for one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Inurnment will take place at Lake View Memorial Park.A memorial has been established.A special thank you to the staff at Park View Health Center and Dr. Knier for their exceptional care.
