Brian J. Olejnik, age 53, passed away unexpectedly on July 13, 2018. He was born to the late Richard and Carol (Land) Olejnik on August 9, 1964 in Oshkosh. Brian was employed with Neenah Foundry for 30 years. He was a lover of history and was especially interested in World War I and II. Brian was able to find the ship his dad was stationed on during the atomic bomb cleanup after WWII. His pride and joy was his dog, Leslie, who was by his side when he passed away.
Brian is survived by his mother, Carol; two brothers, Jeffery (Ann) , Terry (Pam); three sisters, Debbie (Ken) Lewallen, Theresa (Jim) Hopp, Pam Shaver; and many nieces and nephews. Brian is further survived by his dog, Leslie.
In addition to his father, Brian is further preceded in death by his step-father, Raymond; sister, Brenda Olejnik; brother, Richard Olejnik Jr.; nephew, Tom Lemke Jr.; and his aunt, Helen Sherburn.
A service will be held at 2PM on Thursday, July 19, 2018 at Konrad-Behlman West side (100 Lake Pointe Dr). A visitation will be held from 12PM until the time of service.
In Lieu of flowers a memorial has been established.
Brian will be greatly missed by his mother, Carol and his brothers and sisters.
