Carl E. Koehn age 85 of Greenfield, WI formerly of Oshkosh, died on Friday July 20, 2012 at the Wood Veterans Hospital in Milwaukee, He was born in Oshkosh on July 5, 1927, a son of the late Karl and Laura Ziebell Koehn. Carl married Lenore M Heinbigner on June 7, 1947 in Oshkosh. Lenore preceded him in death on July 17, 1990.Carl was a military veteran, serving with the Marine Corps He retired as truck driver for Consolidated Freightways. He was a member of the Teamsters Union.Survivors include two daughters, Deborah (Erwin) Kolberg of Greenfield; Cynthia (David) Wilson of Greenfield; five grandchildren, Joan (Joe) Fogl, Michael Rothe, Matthew (Missy) Rothe, Carrie (Darrell) Graunke, Cortney (Khalil) Al-Balushi; thirteen great- grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; and one sister, Margaret Schneider of Oshkosh; two sisters-in-law, Christy (Jack) Koch of Minnesota, and Lois Adrian of Little Chute. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Lenore; three daughters, Carla Rothe, Melissa Muns Laura Christine Koehn; one granddaughter, Meredith Rothe; one great granddaughter, Meghan Rothe; two sisters, Lorraine Bloechl and Mildred Weitz; and one brother Melvin Koehn.Funeral services will be held at the Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home- Eastside on Wednesday, July 25, 2012 at 1:00 pm. Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday from 11:00 am to the time of service. Interment will follow at Lake View Memorial Park with Military Honors. A memorial has been established. The family wishes to thank doctors and nurses at the Wood Veterans Hospital for their loving care given to our dad.
