Caroline M. Koehn

Caroline Margaret Patzlaff Koehn, age 97 ½ was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother of Garden Grove, California, family of Oshkosh, Wisconsin passed away peacefully on Friday, December 18, 2020. She was born on Easter, April 15, 1923 in Oshkosh to Otto and Anna Patzlaff. She had three older brothers- Carl, Gilbert, and Raymond who preceded her in death. She married Melvin Carl Koehn on February 19, 1944. They met when they both worked at The Continental Men's Store. She loved to dance. They had a long (62 ½ years) marriage until he passed away on August 1, 2006. They moved to California in 1967 due to health problems.

They raised two daughters- Sandra Ray of Fullerton, California and Carol Zarda of Leesburg, Virginia. Caroline was very proud of her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She will be laid to rest at Peace Lutheran Cemetery in Oshkosh.

A funeral service for Caroline will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, January 4, 2021 at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home, 402 Waugoo Ave, Oshkosh, WI with Rev. Jonathan Wills officiating. Burial will take place at Peace Cemetery in Oshkosh immediately following the service.
