Celda "Sally" Vivian Noe

Celda “Sally” V. Noe, age 104 3/4 , passed away on Saturday April 15, 2017 at Eden Meadows. She was born on July 30, 1912 in the Town of Black Wolf a daughter of Rudolph and Albertine Abraham Weber. On June 23, 1934 she married Carl Noe in Oshkosh. He preceded her in death on June 24, 1995.
Sally worked in the food service department at the University for many years and for 11 years her and her husband along with Harry and Ethel Noe operated The Presidents Bar in Oshkosh where they specialized in Friday Fish fries. She enjoyed cooking, baking and always had baked goods, food and coffee available for anyone that stopped by.
She is survived by her one son Robert(Cheryl) Noe, her grandchildren Christine Poeschl, Timothy(Sara) Noe, Kathleen Rose, Heidi (Brandon)Noe, great-grandchildren Ellianna, Carden, Felix, Liam, Benjamin, Madeline, one daughter-in-law Sandra Noe and one son-in-law John Petri and his son John Jr., and over 100 nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her children Howard, Gerald, and Marlene Petri, nine brothers and seven sisters.
A funeral service for Sally will be held on Friday April 21, 2017 at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Homes-Westside at 1 p.m. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Friday from 11 a.m. until the time of the service. Burial will be at Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
A memorial has been established.
