Chang Vang, 65, of Oshkosh died Saturday September 22, 2007 at Aurora Medical Center, Green Bay. He was born January 20, 1942 in Laos, a son of Cher Kao Vang and Chong Xiong. Chang is a member of the Hmong United Alliance Church. He is survived by his wife Kia L. Vang; four sons, Xue Vang, Xong Vang, Ying Vang, and Kevin Vang; and four daughters Pa Houa (Vue) Xiong, Choua (Chai) Xiong, Tia Vang, and Michelle Vang. Services for Chang will be held at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home-Eastside on Friday Sept. 28, from noon until 10 PM, Saturday Sept. 29, from 9 AM until midnight, Sunday Sept. 30, from 9 AM until midnight, and Monday Oct. 1, from 9 AM until noon, when we leave for the Bush Cemetery-Berlin.
