Christel A. Kramer, 91, Oshkosh, passed away Friday, April 13, 2018. He was born May 20, 1926, in Oshkosh, the son of Christel Sr. and Clara (Stillman) Kramer. Chris married Arlyle Timmerman May 26, 1951, in Oshkosh, and she preceded him in death March 9, 2008. Chris was employed as a painter for Timmerman Painting, as well as Oshkosh Corporation for many years. He enjoyed wall papering and decorating, painting, gardening, landscaping/yardwork, and animals, but most of all he enjoyed his family and the time he spent with them. Chris was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Oshkosh.
Chris is survived by his children: Jeff Kramer and Marcy (Mike) Mallo; a daughter-in-law, Debra Kramer; grandchildren: April (Eric) Davis, Adam Kramer, Jason (Michelle) Kramer, Kim (Bob) Loeper, Kate Kramer, Heather (Brian) Clegg, and Jared Decker (Wyatt Lipka); great grandchildren: Trenton and Trevor Davis, and Jaida, Ady, and Easton Kramer; other family members and friends.
He was also preceded in death by his parents; a son, Gary and a daughter-in-law, Linda Kramer; a brother, Carroll (Doris) Kramer; two sisters: Virginia (Ben) Thomas and Margaret (Henry) Jensen.
Funeral services will be held at 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 18, 2018, at the Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home- Eastside, 402 Waugoo Avenue, Oshkosh. Inurnment will be in Riverside Cemetery, Oshkosh. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 2:30 p.m. Wednesday until the time of the service.
