Clara Edna Martha (Klotzbuecher) Schultz, age 100 of Oshkosh, passed away at her daughter’s home surrounded by her loving family on Saturday, June 18, 2022. She was born in Oshkosh on April 19, 1922 to the late Gustav and Leona (Wesenberg) Klotzbuecher. Clara married Orville W. Schultz on January 3, 1942.
Clara was a faithful member of First English Lutheran Church, where she remained active until she could no longer go out as much.
She is survived by her daughter, Patricia (Dave) Hewitt of Lodi, WI; two grandchildren, John (Kari) Gruenenfelder and Jana (fiancée Todd Anderson) Gruenenfelder; seven great-grandchildren, Ashley (Pawel) Pilarowski, Ty Gruenenfelder, Samantha Reigstad, Brianna Otto, Ashley Norton, Maryann Norton Wilkinson and Leanna Norton. She is further survived by 15 great-great-grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Clara was preceded in death by her husband, Orville Schultz, son, Ronald Schultz, brother, Orville (Viola) Klotzbuecher and sister, Marcella (Duffy) Meyer.
A funeral service for Clara will be held at 12:00 PM on Wednesday, June 22, 2022 at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home-Westside, 100 Lake Pointe Dr. with Rev. Jon Wills officiating. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 10:00 AM until the time of the service. Interment will take place at Peace Lutheran Cemetery.
The family of Clara wishes to extend their heartfelt gratitude to her special caregivers, Susan (who was almost like a sister to her) and Angie. Also, special thanks to Heartland Hospice who gave her wonderful care.
