Clara Frances Wegner

Clara F. Wegner, 92, of Oshkosh died peacefully Monday, March 18, 2013, at Century Ridge Assisted Living, Green Bay. She was born February 26, 1921 in Winneconne, daughter of the late Frank Sr. and Anna (Lawall) Yost. Clara married Harold Wegner on October 21, 1944 in Oshkosh and he preceded her in death on May 30, 1988. She was a member of Most Blessed Sacrament-St. Peter Church.Clara is survived by two daughters, Mary Margaret (Donald) Brustman of St. Paul, MN and Theresa Linssen of Green Bay; a sister, Mary (Norman) Koelbl of DePere; a grandson, Bryan Hoell of Green Bay; two step-grandchildren, Mark Brustman of Oakland, CA and Peter (Kelly) Brustman of Springfield, VA; many nieces and nephews; and special friends, Virginia Wojdac and Ben. She was preceded in death by a sister, Josephine and five brothers, Carl, Frank Jr., Paul, George, and Edward Yost.A funeral mass for Clara will be held Wednesday, March 20, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Jude Parish-St. Vincent Church, Rev. Matt Simonar officiating. Visitation will be held on Wed. at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the service. Burial will be in Calvary Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers a memorial is being established to Unity Hospice (2366 Oak Ridge Circle, DePere WI 54115).Claras family sends a special thanks to the staff at Century Ridge Assisted Living and Unity Hospice for all the loving care that Clara received.
