Clarice Isabell Beschta

Clarice I Beschta, age 85, passed away on Thursday, March 22, 2018. She was born on September 11, 1932 in Saxeville, WI to Benjamin and Lillie (Jensen) Kienert. She was married to Frederick Raatz Jr. He preceded her in death and she later married Anthony Beschta.

Clarice enjoyed hunting, fishing, but above all she loved taking care of and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her seven children: Terry (Linda) Raatz, Tim (Stephanie) Raatz, Tom (Sue) Raatz, and Tory Raatz; Faye (William) Schafelke, Carol (Charles) Smith and Allen (Tina) Beschta, step children: James (Chris) Beschta, Terrence (Ruth) Beschta, and Sandra Beschta; eleven grandchildren and many, but all loved great grandchildren. Clarice is also survived by three sisters: Bonnie Shoquist, Alberta Ogden, and Donna Hobson.

She was preceded in death by both of her husband’s; brother, Darwin Kienert; two sisters, Gleny Connors and Arlo Farrar.

A Celebration of Life will be held on April 14th from 1-4: 00 pm at Simeanna I Apts., 155 N. Eagle St Oshkosh, WI, in the lower level. Refreshments will be served. Come celebrate with family.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established with the DNR for children fishing programs.
