Clayton J. Butch Frahm, 72, of Oshkosh died unexpectedly on Friday May 2, 2008. He was born on January 25, 1936 in Oshkosh the son of Jack and Goldie Zentner Frahm. Butch married Edith Schmidt on October 5, 1957 in Oshkosh.Butch was a member of Bethlehem Ev. Lutheran Church. He retired from the Winnebago County Highway Department after 30 years. Butch enjoyed hunting, fishing and sturgeon spearing. He was a very active member of Walleyes for Tomorrow. The true joy of Butchs life was his family especially his grandchildren. He never missed any of the grandchildrens activities. Survivors include his wife, Edith; children, Dennis (Carol) Frahm, Deb (Al) Stadler all of Oshkosh; seven grandchildren, Heather (Eric) Gehrke of Appleton, Jeremy Frahm, Dustin and Chad Schaeffer, Stephanie, Kaitlyn, and Alex Stadler all of Oshkosh; three great grandchildren Briahna Gehrke, Lauren Liebert and Arwen Schaeffer. Also surviving are four siblings, Jeanette Phillips, James (Sue) Frahm, Mike (Vicky) Frahm and Sandy (Gerald) Noe all of Oshkosh; several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.The funeral service will be on Tuesday, May 6, 2008 at 1:00 PM at the Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home (Westside) with the Rev. Paul Lidtke officiating. Family and friends may visit at the funeral home on Tuesday from 10:00 AM to the time of service. Burial will be in Lake View Memorial Park.A memorial has been established.
