Connie M. Huebner

Connie M. Huebner, age 92 of Oshkosh, passed away at Bethel Home on Wednesday, May 11, 2022. She was born on October 4, 1929 to the late Charles and Marie Pechman. She married William Huebner on October 25, 1951, and together raised five children.

Connie was a member of Zion Lutheran Church. She was a very generous, loving individual that took care of many patients over her career as a nurse at Mercy Medical Center, Winnebago Mental Health Institute and Park View. She was a doting mother and grandmother. She had a special place in her heart for animals, especially cats. She loved a good, clean football game, and was always down for a road trip.

Connie is lovingly survived by her children: Debbie (Jerry) Nelson, Pam Brown, Marty Huebner, Paul (Roxane Mueller) Huebner, and Ellie (Kenny) Edwards; grandchildren: Liz Backus, Becky Childers, Dakota and Sierra Edwards.In addition to her parents, Connie was preceded in death by her husband, William, and grandsons, Nathan Backus and Kenny Egan.

A private service will be held for family and inurnment will be held at Riverside Cemetery.

The family of Connie would like to extend their deep appreciation to the staff of Bethel Home for the wonderful care provided to her over the last two years. Thank you also to Compassus Hospice for the care and compassion provided to Connie and her family at such a difficult time.
