Cynthia Kay Fruhwirth, age 67, of Oshkosh passed away on Monday, March 22, 2021 after a a long battle with diabetes. Cindy was born on August 22, 1953 to Leland and Mildred (Dingeldein) Schuh. This loving daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend will be missed by all who knew her.

Cindy married Anton Fruhwirth on August 27, 1977 in Oshkosh and together they raised their sons Christian and Kellen and enjoyed spending time with her granddaughter Kira. She was a graduate of the University of Wisconsin with a Degree in Special Education. She worked at Hoffmasters Group and as an upholsterer at The Buckstaff Company.

Her smile, laugh, and love of a great story made her a memorable addition to everyone's life. She enjoyed gardening, collecting fine china and had a lifetime love of animals. Cindy enjoyed traveling. She especially loved traveling to the beautiful beaches in Florida. Gambling trips to the casino with Anton and spending relaxing time fishing and camping at Legend Lake made her happy. A special highlight each year was her time spent visiting with her aunts, uncles, cousins, and their families at the family corn roast in Shiocton.

Cindy was preceded in death by her father Leland Schuh. She is survived by her mother, Mildred (Dingeldein) Schuh; her husband, Anton Fruhwirth; her sons, Christian Fruhwirth and Kellen Fruhwirth; her granddaughter, Kira; her brothers and their families: David (Sharon) Schuh, Steven (Frances) Schuh, and James Schuh; many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, and cousins spanning across the entire US.
