Daniel James Price

Daniel J. Price, age 52, of Oshkosh, passed away at his residence on July 12, 2011 with his family and friends besidehim. He was born on April 18, 1959 in Pontiac, Michigan to Charles and Florence (Juengel) Price. On January 23, 1981 he married Frances Ricca of West Allis.Daniel graduated from Michigan State with a degree in agricultural engineering in 1981. He worked at Tetra Pak as a technical sales account manager. He had strong Christian values and was a member of Algoma Boulevard Methodist Church. Daniel was a devoted husband, father and friend who was always willing to help. He was an amazingly kind person with a great sense of humor and a love of life. He was a snowmobiling enthusiast, and enjoyed golfing and fishing. He is survived by his wife Frances, two sons Charles (Dawn), Andrew (Lindsay) all of Oshkosh, two brothers David Price of Detroit, Jim Price of Rochester Hill, MI, his mother Florence, his mother-in-law Marilynn Glick, and a grandson to be born in September. Daniel was preceded in death by his father Charles, his father-in-law Fred Ricca, and mother-in-law Ann Ricca (Lococo).Visitation will be held on Thursday July 14, 2011 at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home-Westside from 4-8 p.m. and again on Friday July 15, 2011 at Algoma Blvd. Methodist Church from 10-11 a.m. Funeral services for Daniel will be held on Friday following the visitation at 11 a.m. with Rev. Barry Yarbro officiating. Burial will be in Lake View Memorial Park.A memorial fund will be established.The family would like to thank the staff at Aurora Medical Center, Aurora Hospice, and all their family and friends for their care and support through the last five months.
