David Donald Erdmann

David D. Erdmann, 56, of Oshkosh died unexpectedly, Monday, June 4, 2012 at his residence. He was born March 3, 1956 in Two Rivers, WI a son of Marvin and Bernice Erickson Erdmann. Dave married Dee Ann Tanner on May 3, 1986 in Omro. Dave was a member of Most Blessed Sacrament-St. Mary Church and he was a Driver Salesman for Conway Freight for over 25 years. He enjoyed dirt track racing, reading, and NASCAR. He is survived by his wife, Dee Ann of Oshkosh; a daughter, Emily Erdmann of Oshkosh; a son, Andrew Erdmann of Oshkosh; parents, Marvin and Bernice Erdmann of Elkhart Lake; a sister, Andrea (Kevin) Erdmann-Byrnes of Neshkoro; a brother, Mike (Julie) Erdmann of Plymouth; nieces and nephews. A funeral mass for Dave will be held Friday June 8, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Most Blessed Sacrament-St. Mary Church, Rev. James Jugenheimer officiating. Visitation will be held at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home-Eastside on Thursday from 5-8 p.m. and at the church Friday from 10 a.m. until the service. In lieu of flowers a memorial is being established to the Dawn Tanner Memorial, which goes to the UW Comprehensive Cancer Center.Dear Dave, We loved your shy smart aleck mouth. All of the knowledge you brought to our lives was amazing. You were the smartest man we knew. You let us shine with your humble ways. You were always there for us, our rock. Whatever we wanted, you made sure we got it. All of our hopes and dreams, you made them happen. Thank you for taking care of us. You are loved and will be missed. Dee Ann, Emily, and Drew.
