David F. Steckbauer

David F. Steckbauer, Age 77, of Oshkosh, passed away on Sunday, July 29, 2018, at Parkview Health Center in Oshkosh. He was born November 18, 1940 to the late John and Beatrice (Tadych) Steckbauer.

He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He was an entrepreneur and proud owner of Steckbauer Speedmaster, LLC. He was also a lifetime member of the National Rifle Association.

He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Diane; daughter: Lisa (Christopher) Howard; granddaughter: Breanna; brother: John Steckbauer Jr.; and many nieces and nephews.

Heartfelt thank you to Parkview Prairieside One for David's excellent care. Also special thank you to Diane's brother, Deacon Donald Nass and his wife Yvonne for their love, prayers and support for David.

A private graveside service has been planned by the family with Deacon Donald Nass officiating.

David was loved dearly by his family, and will be sadly missed. He is now walking in Heaven.
