David Gordon Schneider

David G. Schneider, 64, of Redgranite, died Wednesday September 24, 2008 at Berlin Memorial Hospital after a lengthy illness. He was born on February 17, 1944 in New London the son of Gordon and Ruby Polzin Schneider.He was a semi truck driver for 37 years and traveled throughout the United States. He enjoyed woodworking, reading, sports especially the Brewers and the CubsHe is survived by two daughters Laurie(Greg) Dietzen of Menasha, Leah Snell(Scott Geertz) of Concord, N.C., one son Ryan Schneider of Berlin, six grandchildren Kyra, Avery, Bailey Dietzen, Brendan, Carver Snell, Cole Schneider, and one sister Nancy(John) Piencikowski of Oshkosh, a granddaughter, Mikayla, and many close friends.He was preceded in death by his parents.Davids wishes were to be cremated and a private memorial service will be held at a later date.
