Debra L Andre

Debra L. Andre, age 66, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 16, 2022, at her residence surrounded by her family. She was born to the late James and Delores (Mussell) Andre on May 2, 1955, in Oshkosh. Debra worked for many years at the University of Oshkosh, serving in the food service department. She enjoyed going fishing and loved to be with her family, especially to watch movies.
Debra is survived by her partner of many years, Ron Paulsen; children, Melissa (George) Lutgen, Thomas (Jennifer) Witak Jr. and , Brandy (Chavalier Castro) Witak; grandchildren, Kurt Witak, Nicholas and Alaina Washburn, Brianna Hull, Hunter Witak, Abagail Hull, Bridget Blurton, Kimberly Lane, and Brooke Castro; great-grandchildren, Serenity, Parker, Carter, Carson, Jade, and Paisley. She is further survived by many brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, and many other family members.
In addition to her parents, Debra was preceded in death by her siblings, Richard, and Michael Jr. Andre.
A service for Debra will be held at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Homes East side (402 Waugoo Ave) on Tuesday, March 22, 2022, at 2PM. A visitation will be held from 12PM until the time of service. An entombment will take place immediately following the service at Lake View Memorial Park.
The family would like to thank all the staff at Aurora at Home and Palliative care for the loving and compassionate care they gave to Debra.
