Delores Leona Robinson

Delores L. Robinson, 77 of Oshkosh died at her home with her family at her side on Wednesday March 7, 2007. She was born in Oshkosh, on September 6, 1929, a daughter of Edward and Minnie Warnke Baier. Delores married Donald W. Robinson in Oshkosh, on July 7, 1951.Delores had been employed at the Woolworth Department Store, and at Fernaus Greenhouse. She enjoyed country music, viewing movies, reading and collecting dolls. Christmas was a very special for her time, being with family and decorating her home for the holidays.Survivors include her husband, Donald, Oshkosh; three sons, Dan (Theresa) Robinson, Wautoma; Jim (Debby) Robinson, Oshkosh; John (Sue) Robinson, Greenville; three granddaughters, Nicole (Todd) McKay, Tyna (Jake) Cumber, Tami (fianc? Chris Hert) Robinson, all of Oshkosh; five great grandchildren, Drew, Hunter, Caleb Mckay; Cameron and Payton Cumber; one brother, LeRoy (Corlene) Baier, DesPlaines, IL; two sisters, Edna (Robert) Waters, Winneconne; Doris (Herbert) Behnke, Brillion; and many nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death were her parents, two brothers, Harold and Erich Baier, and one sister, Viola Ryf.Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 10, 2007 at 11:00 AM in the chapel at Lake View Memorial Park with Chaplin Vicky Marxen, M. Div. officiating. Family and friends may call at the cemetery chapel on Saturday from 9:00 AM to the time of service. In lieu of flowers, a memorial to Aurora VNA Hospice, or the Vince Lombardi Cancer Clinic at Aurora Medical Center, has been established.Special thanks to Aurora VNA Hospice, the staff at the Vince Lombardi Cancer Clinic, and nurses at Aurora Medical Center, for the compassionate care given to Delores.
