Delores Marie Weissling

Delores M. Weissling, 71, of Oshkosh died Thursday September 21, 2006 at Evergreen Retirement Community. She was born Sept. 22, 1934 in Minneapolis a daughter of the late William and Mabel (Larsen) DeJarlais. Delores married Jack Weissling on July 2, 1954 in Minnesota. Delores was a member of Christ Lutheran Church. She is survived by her husband Jack of Oshkosh; a daughter Patti (David) Gruenwald of Butte des Morts; two sons Gary (Connie) Weissling of Germantown and Thomas (Kristy) Weissling of Waverly, NE; two sisters Sharon Mork of Edina, MN and Pam (Mike) Wagner of Farmington, MN; two brothers Gary (Cathy) DeJarlais of Shakopee, MN and Bill (Marilyn) DeJarlais Jr. of Lino Lakes, MN; six grandchildren Jacob, Joshua, Justin, and Emily Weissling, and Hallie and Kelly Gruenwald. Delores is further survived by special friends Logan Lee, Carole Fulton, Randy and Marsha Kearney, Linda Aumiller, Craig Binder, and Ryan Tebo. She was preceded in death by a sister Jackie Kes and a brother Ronald. A memorial service for Delores will be held Wednesday Sept. 27, 2006 at 11:00 AM at Christ Lutheran Church, Rev. Eric Quinney-Burnard officiating. Family and friends may call at the church on Wed. from 9 AM until the service. In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established to Unified Catholic Schools. Delores family would like to thank the nursing staff at Evergreen Retirement Community and Aurora VNA Hospice for their special care.
