Dennis F. Heinz, age 80 of Oshkosh passed away at his residence with his family at his side on Tuesday, April 20, 2021. He was born on June 3, 1940 to the late Fred and Martha (Miller) Heinz. He married Myrtle Kosier on September 12, 1988 in Stinking Creek, TN.
Dennis served in the Wisconsin National Guard, he worked at Morgan Door Co. for many years, and was a world-famous soup maker in his later years. He was a member of Living Water Lutheran Church. He enjoyed sailing, ice boating, motorcycle riding, driving his corvette, and socializing “nippers”.
Dennis is lovingly survived by his children, Todd (Diana) Heinz, Donna (Merle) Jarnigan, Anita Gubin, Barbara VanClake, Tammy (Dennis) Provisor, Sylvia (Dave) Gohlke, Rose (Scott) Neubauer, Liz (Bruce) Kimball; grandchildren, Rachael, Andrew, and Leah Heinz, Cassandra (Justin) Elmergreen, Danielle (Anthony) Alvarenga, Ryan (Mandy) Hodges, Desiree (Kyle) Sunday, Dustin (Leah) Gubin, Emily (Jacob) Brinkman, Kayla and Benjamin Provisor, Cassandra Heinz, Brianna Cox Heinz, and Caitlyn Heinz, Karley Gohlke, Melissa (Nate) Millard, Jacob (Ellyn), Collin, and Alyssa Neubauer, Macy Kimball. He is further survived by many great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, Dennis was preceded in death by his wife, Myrtle Heinz, and his daughter, Tracy Heinz.
A private service for Dennis will be held.
