Dennis Ralph Selenka

Dennis R. Selenka, 79, of Oshkosh died Saturday September 20, 2008 at Bethel Home. He was born October 1, 1928 in Oshkosh a son of Joseph and Emily Peckman Selenka. Dennis married Joanne Siewert on August 19, 1950 in Oshkosh. Dennis was a U. S. Army veteran and was a vice president of TV Network in Madison. He enjoyed gardening, reading, crossword puzzles, playing cards, and watching the Packers. Dennis is survived by his wife Joanne of Oshkosh; a daughter Kathleen (David) Slaughter of Isanti, MN; a son Todd (Dee) Selenka of Columbus, WI; a sister-in-law Arleen Handrich of Woodruff; six grandchildren Nikki, Amanda, April, Orion, Geoff, and Brad; three great-grandchildren; and several nieces and cousins. He was preceded in death by an infant son Scott, who was born and died on Aug. 12, 1965. A funeral service for Dennis will be held Thursday Sept. 25, 2008 at 1:00 PM at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home-eastside, Rev. Jeff Berg officiating. Visitation will be held on Thursday at the Waugoo Ave. funeral home from 11 AM until the time of service. Burial will be in Lake View Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers a memorial is being established. I know Jesus is My Savior and Ill be in Heaven
