Diana Lois Winkler, 93, of Fox Crossing, passed away at Oakridge Gardens Nursing Center on March 28, 2025. Born in Chicago, Illinois on March 13, 1932, to Joseph and Amanda (Goethals) Stetz, Diana was a loving wife to Paul Winkler, whom she married on November 28, 1952. Together, they raised six children.
Diana spent many years working at Kimberly Clark, where she made a name for herself as a dedicated saleswoman. Outside of work, she filled her life with music—she loved to sing off-key renditions of "Happy Birthday" and "Tiny Bubbles." Diana had a zest for life that shone through her hobbies, whether she was playing the lottery, piecing together jigsaw puzzles, painting her nails hot pink, or thrifting for treasures.
Her love for tea, wine, and Dove dark chocolate was something she often proclaimed as the secret to a long life. Diana was a breast cancer survivor who valued her faith dearly and cherished her beautiful collection of ceramic angels.
She is survived by her six children, five grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. In addition to her parents, Diana was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Paul, and an infant brother.
A graveside service celebrating Diana's life will be held at Oak Hill Cemetery in Neenah.
