Diane "Deedee" Lynn Allen

Diane “Deedee” Allen, age 63, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, March 8, 2018. She was born on June 23, 1954 to the late Norman and Marjorie (Reynolds) Geer in Oshkosh. She married the love of her life, Richard Allen, on July 23, 1982 in Amarillo, TX. Deedee’s family was incredibly important to her and she loved them fiercely. She loved being a mother, wife and Nana. She enjoyed the outdoors and could often be found puttering around her backyard or reading a book in the sun.

Deedee is survived by her loving husband, Richard; two children: Jerry (Erin) Will and Dana Nowak; three grandchildren: Xander Will, Haley Curry, and Aidan Curry; five siblings: John (Linda) Geer, Jim (Kim) Geer, Dean Geer, Sharon Geer, and Terry Bovee; and her father- and mother-in-“love”, Charles and Delores Allen.

In addition to her parents, Deedee was preceded in death by her sister, Pam (Bill) Rice.

A service for Deedee will be held at 3:00 PM Wednesday, March 14, 2018 at the Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home-Westside (100 Lake Pointe Drive, Oshkosh). Rev. Andi Wolf will be officiating. A visitation will be from 1:00 PM until the time of service.
