Diane Rae Ziesemer

Diane Rae Ziesemer, age 79, passed away on Saturday, December 9, 2017, at Mercy Medical Center. She was born on December 28, 1937 in Ocean View, CA to Axel and Alice (Erickson) Larson. She was married to William Ziesemer on July 5, 1958 in Charleston, SC.
Diane enjoyed camping with her husband and family. They enjoyed camping together since 1969. Diane also traveled all over the U.S. with her husband. There were only two states that she hadn’t traveled to. She retired from Evergreen Retirement Community in 1999.
She is survived by her husband, Bill; daughter, Carolyn (Randy) Cherney; sons, Dale (Margaret) and Mark (Debra) Ziesemer; grandchildren, Matthew and Jenna Ziesemer; sister, Carol (Norm) Lee; nieces, Linda Stoeckl and Cathy (Tony) Forchas; and nephews, Mike (Peggy) Lee and Chuck (Carol) Larson.
Diane is further survived by her sisters and brothers in law, Doris Ziesemer, Gary (Jan) Ziesemer and Karen (Jim) Schweiner; and special friend JoAnn Drake.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Jean Jorgensen; brother, Charles (Christina) Larson; and sister in law Arlene (Oliver) Mennen.
A time of gathering for family and friends will be held from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Friday, December 15, 2017, at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Homes- (Westside).
