Dorothy June Krippner, 95, of Oshkosh died on Wednesday, July 11, 2007 at Bethel Home. Dorothy was born on June 25, 1912 in Oshkosh the daughter of Arthur A. and Mathilda Manser Abraham. She married Harry H. Krippner on May 12, 1945. Harry preceded her in death.Dorothy was a member of St. Johns Ev. Lutheran Church, was a member of the Martha Circle and had been employed at Oshkosh Savings and Loan. She a was a charter member of the Bethel Home Auxiliary, a member of Gamma Sigma Sorority, Oshkosh Public Museum, Winnebago County Historical Society and the 20th Century Club. Dorothy enjoyed time spent at the family cottage, cooking and entertaining and was an avid bridge player and collector. She enjoyed traveling the world with her sister and brother-in-law.Survivors include her sister, Noryne (Chester Andy) Anderson and four cousins, William Manser of Oshkosh, Muriel Puls of Appleton, Kenneth Abraham of Waupaca, Verna Radke of Weyauwega and many younger neighbors and friends.Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband, parents, and daughter, Barbara June Krippner,The funeral service will be on Monday, July 16, 2007 at 11:00 AM at St. Johns Ev. Lutheran Church, 808 N Main St., Oshkosh with Rev. Joel Olson and Vicar Brian Cain officiating. Family and friends may call at the church on Monday from 10:00 AM to the time of service. Burial will be in Lake View Memorial Park.
