Earl Kenneth Zwicky

Earl K. Zwicky, 85, of Oshkosh passed away at his home on Tuesday, September 1, 2009. He was born July 8, 1924 in Oshkosh a son of the late Walter and Mata Zwicky. Earl married Audrey Hamel on October 20, 1945 in Bloomington, IL. He graduated from Oshkosh High School. After serving in the military he returned to Oshkosh and worked as a supervisor for Winnebago Mental Health Institute until his retirement. Earl was a member of the Eagles Club and enjoyed hunting, fishing, bowling, and caring for his yard. He is survived by his wife Audrey, several nieces and nephews, and his dear and caring friends Roger and Trish Zahradnik and Harry and Virginia Naden. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Robert. A service and entombment will be held on Thursday September 3, 2009 at Lake View Memorial Park at 1:30 PM with Rev. Harry J. Naden officiating. There will be visitation from 1 PM until the service.
