Eileen Cherry Duransyk

Eileen C. Duransyk, 53 Oshkosh died at Omro Care Center on Monday March 26, 2007. She was born in Chicago, IL on October 19, 1953, a daughter of William and Harriet Pogorzelski Oldham. Eileen was a member of Potters House in Appleton. She moved to Oshkosh from Chicago in 1987. She had operated a day care, and was a substitute teacher with the Oshkosh Public Schools. Eileen loved her grandson Caleb, enjoyed watching the Oprah Winfrey and Dr. Phil television shows, and spent many hours crocheting.Survivors include two daughters, Erica (Bruce) Walker, of Fremont; and Erin (Erik) Gialdella, of Oshkosh; one brother, Wally Durbin, of Oshkosh; one step-sister, Harriet (Bob) Engel, of Gulf Shores, AL.; and one grandson, Caleb Gialdella, of Oshkosh.Memorial services will be held at the Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home- Westside on Friday, March 31, 2007 at 7:00 PM with Pastor Jim Beck officiating. Family and friends may gather at the funeral home on Friday from 4:00pm to the time of service.
