Eleanor D. Pischke, 85, Omro, passed away peacefully Sunday, January 31, 2016. She was born September 10, 1930, in Oshkosh, daughter of Frank and Martha (Reinke) Griedl. Eleanor married Ralph H. Pischke October 22, 1949, in Oshkosh, and recently celebrated 66 years of marriage. Eleanor and Ralph were inseparable from the time they met, from spending time on the roller rink in their younger years, to dancing, fishing and hunting together as they aged. They also traveled to many states together, always driving as Eleanor couldnt stand the thought of flying! Eleanor also dabbled in ceramics, which she enjoyed, as well as playing BINGO, which she did actively until the very end. She was a very lucky woman!Eleanor is survived by her husband, Ralph; daughters: Deborah Rangeloff and Diane (Michael) Weitz; grandchildren: Christina Krummenauer, Deanna (Ryan) Schneider, Jeremiah JJ (Amanda) Weitz, and Eric (Lisa) Rangeloff; great grandchildren: Damian, Devin, Timberlynn, Mikayla, Jacob, Dominique, Izzabelle, Alexis, Jerzee, Ariel, and Katelin Emily; siblings: Maggie (John) Heartl, Donna (Jim) Kloehn, Jerry (Jane) Griedl, and Mary (Randy) VannLyn; a brother-in-law, Pete Redlin; and a cousin, Betty Pischke.She was preceded in death by her parents, a son-in-law, Wayne Coats, and two sisters: Audrey (Walt) Egli and Joan Redlin.Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m. Friday, February 5, 2016, at the Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home-Westside, with Rev. Paul Koester officiating. Interment will be in Lake View Memorial Park, Oshkosh. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 10:00 a.m. Friday until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Alzheimers Association in Eleanors name would be appreciated.Eleanors family would like to say a special thanks to all the staff of Care Partners: Sandra, Sara, Robin, Grace, Debbie, Cindy, Angie, Katy, Nicole, and Tammy, as well as the aids and hospice nurse with Generations Hospice, Sue, for all their compassionate care. Also thanks to Chaplain Jim for his comfort and prayers for mom.
