Elizabeth H Foote

Elizabeth Betty H. Foote, of Oshkosh, was called to her heavenly home on Wednesday, February 22, 2006, following a lengthy struggle with cancer. Betty was born in Oshkosh on December 19, 1921 a daughter of Frank and Elizabeth (Wright) Kimball. Betty had been employed by Pranges, was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Redgranite. She loved playing cards and going to casinos. She had enjoyed many winter trips to Florida with her family, most recent one being January of 2006. Her love for her family was always her main priority. We were all so blessed to have her in our lives. The memory of her will last in our hearts forever. Survivors include her two daughters, Sheila (Jim) Groskreutz of Redgranite and Roxanne (Robert) Breaker of Neenah; five grandchildren, Robert Groskreutz (fiance Krista Wilson) of Oshkosh, Kelly (Paul) Freiberg of Oshkosh, Stacey (Robert) Reese of Oshkosh, Todd (Mary) Breaker of Greenville, Becky (Martin) Donnelly of Maricopa, AZ; six great grandchildren, Ryan Bandelow, Jagger and Jayda Freiberg, Kyle and Kristin Reese, Kailey Donnely; one brother Harry (Edna) Kimball; and many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by a grandson James Groskreutz; three brothers, Bill, Carl, George Kimball; and four sisters, Dorothy Fabrycki, Mary Jezwinski, Clara Felda and Beatrice Toney.Funeral services for Betty will be held on Saturday, February 25, 2006 at 12:00 noon at Trinity Lutheran Church (330 Foster Road – Redgranite) with the Rev. Gregory Sluke officiating. Family and friends may call at the Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home – Westside (Oshkosh) on Friday, February 24, 2006 from 5:00-8:00 PM and again at the church on Saturday one hour prior to the service time. Interment will be at Riverside Cemetery in Oshkosh at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorials in Bettys name would be appreciated.Bettys family would like to thank Pastor Gregory Sluke for all his spiritual counseling and care provided, wonderful neighbors, Carol Freund and Mark & Darci Matulle, Monica at the Cancer Care Center at Affinity, and special friend, Janice Reese.
