Ella Lydia Zentner

Ella L. Zentner, 103, of Oshkosh died on Thursday, January 14, 2010 at Park View Health Center. She was born on December 28, 1906 in Antigo, WI the daughter of Emmet and Mattie Shew Mounts. Ella married Norvel J. Zentner on May 20, 1930. Norval preceded her in death on December 12, 1980.She was a member of Grace Ev. Lutheran Church and enjoyed reading, doing cross stitching and word search. Ella was always willing to offer a helping hand.Survivors include grandchildren, Kim (Randy) Alessandrini, Julie (Ray) Tetzlaff, Connie (Greg) Rothe, and David Zentner; great grandchildren, Carrie (John) Fields, Vicki (Jason) Martinez, Robert Alessndrini, Ray Tetzlaff, Becky (Josh) Schermerhorn, Jackie Tetzlaff, Andy Rothe, Steve Rothe, Josh Zentner, Katie Zentner; great great grandchildren, Kristiana Fields, Jackson Fields, Marcus Martinez, and Maddox Martinez.Ella was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son John "Jack" Zentner; daughter-in-law, Char Zentner-Youngwirth, great granddaughter, Kristi Tetzlaff, brothers, Elmer, Gerald, Wayne, and Eugene Shew, sisters, Margaret Bullock and Gertrude Bloechl. A memorial service will be at 6:30 PM on Monday, January 18, 2010, at Grace Ev. Lutheran Church (913 Nebraska St) with the Rev. Gregg Schoeneck officiating. Family and friends may visit at the church on Monday from 6:00 PM to the time of service. Inurnment will be in Lake View memorial Park.
