Ella Putler

Ella Putler, affectionately known as NaNa, 90 of Oshkosh, died Thursday January 20, 2011 at Bethel Home. She was born in Germany on July 20, 1920 daughter of Arno and Elsa Boswetter Crucius. On October 27, 1951 she married John Putler in Milwaukee. He preceded her death on April 21, 1995.Ella was an avid reader and enjoyed needlework. She was especially fond of time spent with her cat, Skeeter.Ella is survived by her daughter, Linda Oaks of Oshkosh; son, David (Kathleen) Putler of Springfield,TN; two grandchildren, Megan Putler of Minneapolis, MN, and Carrie (Gabriel) Mutsch of Oshkosh; and two great-grandchildren, Paige Mutsch and Devin Mutsch. She was also preceded in death by two brothers and a sister.A spring memorial service is being planned.
